The project is for 21 one bedroom retirement flats for a private Charity and comprises11 flats within an extensively refurbished 4 storey Victorian villa originally built in 1876 and 10 flats within a new 3 storey building all set within landscaped grounds. The finished project received the 2011 Patron's Award from the Almshouse Association presented by HRH The Prince of Wales.
